I agree with the terms for disclaimer of participating training and exercises program and classes and use of venues, equipments and facilities of the FaFit & Flower Pilates Studio.
a) I agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the FaFit & Flower Pilates Studio and otherwise undertake to behave in such a manner as to contribute to the safety and well being of myself and others.
b) I understand that there are unavoidable risks of physical injury or resulting damage associated with any exercises and training program, classes, use of venues, equipments and facilities, and the FaFit & Flower Pilates Studio shall assume no responsibility whatsoever for these.
c) I acknowledge and agree that my participation in the training and exercise program is completely voluntary and made with full knowledge of the inherent risks of injury and/or damage that may occur during participation in the program. I hereby agree, release and discharge the FaFit & Flower Pilates Studio or any of their employees or agents from any and all claims for any damages, economic loss or injury (including death) of myself, spouse, unborn child or relatives caused by, arising out of, or related to my participation in the training and exercise program, classes, use of venues, equipments and facilities.
d) I represent and warrant that I do not know of any medical condition, symptom or any other reason that would prevent me from undertaking the exercise and training program, classes and use of venues, equipment’s and facilities or increase my risk beyond those inherent in the exercise and training program.
e) I acknowledge that if I have any health or medical concerns, I should consult with the doctor before participate in the training and exercise program.
Registration of class can only be cancelled and/or changed if the cancellation/change is completed a minimum of 24 hours prior to the beginning of that class. Cancellations and changes should be completed through AuAu Online system.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or class changes made less than 24 hours prior to the beginning of class are invalid and students will be charged full price for any registered classes that they miss or fail to cancel within the required time.
On occasion, teachers may be substituted at short notice; in such cases the cancellation policy still applies.
Once the class is full, you will not be able to register.
(Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates Group Class ：maximum of eight people per class)
If the class is not available, it will be notified by AuAu online system 12 hours before the start of the class.
3. Purchase Policy
Class start dates are calculated from the day of purchase. After successful purchase, please complete the class within the time limit. After the deadline, the remaining classes will be automatically cancelled. Packages will not be transferable under any circumstances.
4. Terms and Conditions
If the Hong Kong Observatory hoists Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or the Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, all classes on that day will be cancelled. Guests can reschedule classes.
FaFit & Flower Pilates Studio does not accept any responsibility for personal property left at the facilities. Left items will be kept for one weeks.
The company reserves the right to change the above rules, and in case of any disputes, the company reserves the final decision to interpret these terms and conditions.
5. Refund Policy
After payment, you have agreed to the following cancellation policy: All classes must be cancelled 24 hours before on our online system. All paid products are non-refundable.
